Dear Patients

Our electricity supplier has informed us there will be electricity interruptions on Tuesday the 5/7/2022 from 10.30am to 4.30pm.

On this day the clinic will open at 2pm for patients who have afternoon face to face appointments and patients who need to come down to pick up paperwork.

If you have a telehealth appointment with Debbie in the morning she will call you at the appointment time. 

Please be advised that no paperwork will be completed on the day unless the electricity is up and running again.

If you need to call the clinic to make an appointment for Wednesday the 6/7/2022 or beyond please do so after 2pm on Tuesday the 5/07/2022 if the electricity is back on the phones will be working if not please call on Wednesday.

Sorry for the inconvenience this will cause, we will do our best during this time.

Dear Patients

Due to staff shortages at Thomas Street, reception opening hours for picking up any paperwork will change on the days stated below:

Mon 30/5/2022        9-5pm

Wed 1/6/2022         9-5pm

Mon 6/6/2022          9-5pm

Wed  8/6/2022        9-5pm

If you have an appointment with your doctor out of these hours they will go ahead as normal.

Patients are still able to call the clinic from 8am and after 5pm on these days to make an appointment, see how the doctors are running and for any other enquires.

Dear Patients

The clinic will  be closing at 3.30pm on Friday the 22/4/2022 due to staff shortage.

If you have any paperwork you need to pick up please pick up from reception before  3.30pm, otherwise you can pick up on Tuesday the 26/4/2022 after 9am.

The clinic will be closed for Anzac Day public Holiday

If you need to make an appointment please call reception on Tuesday the 26/4/2022 at 8am.

If you have an emergency please call 000

If you need a doctor to come to your home please call our locum on 13SICK or 13 7425.

Dear Patients

Due to unfortunate circumstances the reception will be closed as of 11:00 am Tuesday April 12th until further notice.

There will be no reception staff available to pick up paperwork or to answer the phones

If you have a face to face appointment already organised to see a doctor, it will go ahead as normal. Once you arrive there is no need to call reception to let us know you are here. Please wait in your car and the doctor will call you when they are ready to see you.

If you have a Telehealth appointment already organised,  this will go ahead as normal and your doctor will call you at the allocated time.
